By using this website you accept these terms. They are short because the site is simple: it explains home air conditioning and heating in San Diego, and it passes calls and requests from homeowners to independent local AC and HVAC contractors.
What the site is
Air Conditioning Repair San Diego is an independent referral service, not an air conditioning or HVAC company. Calls and form requests are passed to an independent local AC and HVAC contractor, who can contact you about your system; that contractor gives any quote and does any work. The site does not repair, install, service or inspect anything, and it is not a party to any agreement between you and a contractor.
No prices or quotes promised
The site prints no prices and makes no promise that a contractor will contact you, prepare a quote or take on the work. Any quote, price, product or terms of work are a matter between you and the contractor.
General information, not advice
The guides are general information drawn from public sources, which are named where they are used. They are not legal, medical or engineering advice. If someone shows signs of heat stroke, call 911. Permit rules, licensing rules and federal rules can change after a page is written; check the source before relying on it.
Your decisions
You decide whether to ask, whether to accept any quote and whether to hire anyone. Asking is free and you never have to hire. Check any contractor’s license on cslb.ca.gov before you agree to work, and get the estimate in writing.
Links
The site links to official sources such as government pages. It does not control those sites and is not responsible for them.
