Privacy policy

Calls and form requests are passed to an independent local AC and HVAC contractor, who can contact you about your system; that contractor gives any quote and does any work.

What the forms collect

The short form on the homepage and inner pages asks for your name, your phone number and what is wrong with your AC. The form on the contact page also asks, optionally, for your email address, your ZIP code, the type of system and anything else you choose to write. Nothing else is asked for. Please do not send payment details or ID numbers through the form.

What happens to it

When you send a form, your request is stored on this website and emailed to the site’s operator. The operator passes your details to an independent local AC and HVAC contractor, so that the contractor can contact you about your system.

Calls

The phone number on this site is a call tracking number. Calls to it are forwarded to the site’s operator, who connects the caller with an independent local AC and HVAC contractor. The phone service logs the number a call came from and the time of the call. Details you give on a call are passed to that contractor so they can contact you about your request.

If you hire a contractor

If you go on to hire a contractor, the contractor keeps its own records of the work and of you as a customer. Those records are the contractor’s, not this website’s, and the contractor’s own policies apply to them.

Removing your details

You can ask to see, correct or remove what you sent through the form or gave on a call. Use the contact page and say which request is yours (the name and phone number you used) and what you would like done.

Changes

If the way this site handles your details changes, this page will be updated.
